Directions

  • From 15 North, take the Poway Road/ Rancho Penasquitos Blvd exit (Exit 18). You will see McDonald's immediately on your left-hand side. Turn left into the plaza. Pass the McDonald's and curve around toward the left. We are located on the first floor of the plaza with a red sign that reads, "Chiropractic."
  • From 15 South, take the Rancho Penasquitos Blvd/Poway Road exit (Exit 18). Pass the bridge, and you will see McDonald's on your left-hand side. Turn left into the plaza. Pass the McDonald's curve around toward the left. We are leocated on the first floor of the plaza with a red sign that reads, "Chiropractic."
